Canceling your pottery club membership is simple.
Canceling your membership
Members can cancel their membership by giving 30 days written notice. With 30 days notice your membership will be canceled on 30 calendar days from when your notice was given.
If you choose not to give your 30 days notice and you want to cancel your membership immediately, your new member deposit, will be forfeited and your membership will end at the end of the current membership pay period.
After your cancellation notice is given your membership fee will be prorated to correspond with the number of weeks that fall in the next membership period. You can choose to apply your deposit to the remaining weeks, use your deposit to pause your membership, or have your deposit refunded at the end of the 30 days.
Pausing Your Membership
Pausing your membership is an option we give to members who need to leave the club for a short period of time and expect to return in the near future.
If you choose to pause your membership we will hold your deposit, which places you at the top of our waitlist and allows you to quickly rejoin the club when you are ready to do so. If you decide not to return to the club, you can contact us to cancel your membership and obtain a refund on your deposit.
