Get out of the house and spend a night at the pottery studio with your loved one. Whether you are one a first date, or celebrating 50 years together our pottery date night workshops are a stress-free, fun way of enjoying each others company.
We are conveniently located in the City of Rochester, NY, on Mt. Hope Avenue, just off the 390 express. There is no shortage of great dining options nearby, like studio favorites Boba Mi on Jefferson Road, and Chuy’s Taqueria just across the street!
Customize Your Date Night
We offer different workshop options so you can custom-build the perfect date night. Want to try using the potters’ wheel? We got you covered. Looking to avoid a mess before heading to dinner, try hand building. Looking for something else? Shoot us a message. We are flexible and want to make the night special!
Pottery Wheel Date Night
Each person can create as many pieces as they'd like, keeping 2 pieces to be finished, fired, and glazed. Additional pieces can be saved for a small extra charge.
Studio Time: 1.5 to 2 hours
Includes: Instruction, glazing, materials, and firing costs
Timeline: Projects take about 2 weeks to dry, trim, fire, and glaze before they can be picked up.
Hand Building
Date Night
Focus on using clay slabs to build projects like trays or mugs, rather than using the pottery wheel.
Studio Time: 1 to 1.5 hours
