Interested in meeting talented ceramic artists, seeing unique glazes, touching one-of-a-kind glaze surfaces, and eating delicious glazed donuts? Join us for our 2nd Annual See, Touch, and Taste Glaze Event!

As a group we’ll meet up at the club Meet Sunday, October 15th, at 9:30 to enjoy donuts, coffee, and cider. Then as a group we’ll head to the Flower City Arts Center to check out work, talk to artists, and find inspiration for new pottery we want to make at the the 2023 Flower City Pottery Invitational.

An annual event, the pottery invitational features ceramic artist from across the country. In addition to seeing and being able to purchase a variety of cool new work, the artist who made the work are also in attendance to answer questions and talk to you about their processes!

Workshop Details:

Location: Meet at the The Wheel & Slab Pottery Studio, at the Hungerford Building

Date: Sunday, October 23rd, 2022

Planned Itinerary:

  • 9:30 to 11:00 - Coffee, Cider, and Donuts at the Wheel & Slab Pottery studio

  • 11:00 to ? - Head to the the Flower City Arts Center, on Monroe Ave.

Suggested Items to Bring:

  • Notebook and Pen

  • Cash / Credit Card (if you see something you want to buy)
