Big News…Wheel & Slab Pottery Club has Moved to Mt. Hope Avenue!

We are thrilled to share some big news! Due to the growing interest in clay and ever-increasing number of members, we’ved moved our pottery studio to a larger location at 1867 Mt. Hope Ave., Rochester, NY.

This move marks a significant milestone for our community pottery studio and social space, which we founded in 2022. Since the beginning we have believed in the power of pottery to bring people together, and this move further reinforces just how important our space is to the Rochester, NY community.

A Vision for Connection, Creativity, and Making Friends

Our goal of creating a welcoming and inclusive space where people of all backgrounds and abilities can explore the art of ceramics remains unchanged. But now we’ll have an even larger space that we can utilize to help make learning pottery enjoyable and accessible for everyone.

Wheel & Slab Pottery Club Co-Founder, Danielle Pagani, at the new studio location on Mt. Hope Avenue.

People from across Rochester, Henrietta, Brighton, Gates, and as far away as Hornell have have joined us to learn the craft of making ceramics and to make new friends with with like-minded individuals.

In our new space, we aim to offer:

For us fostering a community where making friends is just as important as making art, and we couldn’t be happier by all the friendships that have formed over our first 2 years in operation.

With our new space, and offerings we know even more connections will be made!

Our New Address and Neighbors

The new address for Wheel and Slab Pottery Club is 1867 Mt. Hope Ave, Building 2, Rochester, NY 14620.

This puts us right next door to Blackbird Design, a local t-shirt and sign printer. We look forward to being their neighbors and supporting each other as part of the vibrant arts community in Rochester, NY.
